“SOS” aka “Steel on Steel” to the Rescue — when you need a break… we can fill in for you. We play and sing original music as well as hymns and contemporary.
After over five years serving on the worship team in our church, we understand first-hand how difficult it is to find a substitute on Sunday morning! Our ministry seeks to provide help in just that situation! We strongly believe worship is what worship services are all about. God calls us to make a joyful noise and to sing His praise.
Our desire is to bring music which unifies the body of Christ in worship. We embrace the old and the new, as each brings a supernatural opportunity to connect with our Lord. We strive to ensure our repertoire constantly increases to include classic hymns, country gospel, rewrites (redeemed secular songs), originals, and contemporary worship songs. God is pleased when His people lift their voice with songs that truly bring Him glory no matter the genre.
Our mission is to go where God sends us to provide an avenue for worship with the family of God. Although our initial intent was to provide substitute worship on Sunday morning, God is expanding this ministry to include: Christian entertainment, 5th Sunday Singings, reunions, and local country jams. We are learning His will has no boundaries!
We firmly believe Jesus Christ is the Way, the Truth, and the Life – and the Bible is the inerrant, unchangeable Word of God. We seek to honor and serve Him with all our hearts – and to worship Him in Spirit and in Truth.
